Are you actually based in New Zealand?
Yes. Kiwi CRM has been NZ-operated since 2012. Calls, emails, and meetings happen in NZ business hours. No offshore call centre, no overseas escalation queue.
Do you do MYOB or just Xero?
Both. We connect Zoho to whichever accounting stack you use, including Xero, MYOB, and Zoho Books itself. NZ GST reporting that lines up with IRD requirements is standard, not an extra.
What's a typical project timeline?
A standard Zoho CRM implementation for a 10–50 staff NZ business runs three to six weeks from scope sign-off to staff training. Custom integrations add time. We give you a written timeline before any work starts.
What does it cost?
We charge $125 NZD per hour, ex GST, on every project. Smaller setups land in the ten-to-twenty hour range. Full multi-app implementations with custom integrations are larger. You see the hours in your quote before approval.
Do you lock us into long contracts?
No. Implementation work is a one-off engagement. Ongoing support is month-to-month. You can stop, scale up, or scale down whenever your business changes.

Even better. We start with a free audit of your existing setup, fix what's broken, and only rebuild what's worth rebuilding. No insistence on a clean slate.
